Ticketing & Payments

Ticket purchases and event registration are processed through Crowdcast and Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by these platforms and is never stored on ProductionBrain servers. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they process your data.

What We Collect

When you register for a ProductionBrain showcase, we collect your name, email address, and professional information (company, title). This information is used to verify attendee credentials and to connect vendors with relevant decision-makers after the show.

Vendor Lead Data

Attendee information (name, company, title) is shared with presenting vendors as part of the lead delivery package. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that your professional contact information will be shared with the vendors who present during your showcase.
